Consulting with client

Process.02
Design Development
Professional designers develop packaging designs that reflect your brand concept and product image. A comprehensive review of printability, visual quality, and consumer perception is conducted to complete a high-quality design draft.
Process.03
Gravure Printing
Designs are printed onto film using a gravure printer capable of precise color reproduction and high-resolution printing. Precise color separation and ink control ensure clear, consistent print quality.
Process.04
Laminating
Applying an adhesive suitable for the printed film allows multiple layers of film to be laminated. This enhances protection, durability, and airtightness, enhancing the product’s shelf life and usability.
Process.05
Hardening (Maturation)
The laminated film is cured at a constant temperature and humidity to fully cure the adhesive. This process enhances the interlayer bonding strength and ensures the packaging’s heat resistance and stability.

Sealing & Altar(Pouch)
After the film has been cured, it is shaped into a pouch that fits the product’s shape. High-temperature sealing ensures airtightness, and automatic cutting ensures consistent quality.
Process.07
Altar (Auto roll)
Roll-shaped packaging materials are automatically cut to customer specifications. Precise length control and uniform cutting maximize post-processing efficiency.

Final delivery (Client)
Finished products undergo meticulous quality inspection before being packaged and shipped. Our on-time delivery and reliable logistics system ensure prompt and accurate delivery to our customers.
